1. Agreement to Terms

By using our mobile application, Medusa AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property. All generated content by you is your property, provided you are on a plan that allows for commercial use. You grant Medusa AI a license to use your generated content to improve our services and for marketing purposes within our platforms.

3. User Representations

By using the App, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: creating NSFW content that violates our content policy, attempting to reverse-engineer the AI models, and infringing on the intellectual property of others.

5. User Generated Contributions

The App allows you to create, submit, and share content ("Generations"). You are solely responsible for your Generations and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Generations.

6. App Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the App for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your Generations.

7. Term and Termination

These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the App. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF USE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE APP TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON.
